Print, line engraving with etching, Belton House, Lincolnshire (after William Poole after John Claude Nattes) by Bartholomew Howlett (Louth 1767 – Newington 1827). Published by William Miller in London and dated March 1st 1804. The original was drawn by J.C. Nattes, the preliminary etching was done by William Poole and engraved by Bartholomew Howlett. It comes from A selection of views in the County of Lincoln, published in parts from 1797, and issued as a book in 1805 by William Miller, with a dedication from Bartolomew Howlett, the main engraver, to the Duke of Ancaster.
