Summary

Hulsbergh after Colin Campbell. It is entitled ' Plan of the gardens and plantation etc. at Belton in Lincolnshire - The seat of Sir John Brownlow Bart'. The formal layout of gardens to the East is shown in 4 parterres either side a canal shaped ' Great Pond' Other formal gardens are to the North. A key is given to 28 figures on the plan. Slightly torn. c. 1725.
