Summary
Plaster, portrait bas-relief plaque, Albert I of Belgium (1875-1934), inscribed 'SM Albert' and signed '[?Pittens] 1915'. A plaster plaque cast in relief with a portrait of Albert I of Belgium, shown in profile looking left. Made in 1915, the plaque commemorates Albert I's service during the First World War (1914-18).

Purchased with a grant from the National Heritage Memorial Fund (NHMF) from Edward John Peregrine Cust, 7th Baron Brownlow, C. St J. (b.1936) in 1984.
