Oleograph reproduction or mezzotint?, Neue Orangerie, Potsdam by Christian Johannes Wilberg (1859-1882),1874. Flight of steps leading up to a classical building and terrace. Ladder leaning against base of terrace with groups of people in foreground. Signed bottom left 'Ch Wilberg' (partly obscured by mount) with embossed mark to its left. Inscribed bottom right 'Neue Orangerie.' Mount with gilt edges. Part of set of seven views of Potsdam (see NT/HUG/D/242, D/345, P/35, P/243, P/353 and P/354), presented by the Princess Royal (Crown Princess of Germany).
