Print of a drawing with white heightening after Landseer. Prince on foot in foreground with gun over his left shoulder in a deer-stalking scene in the Highlands, with a man holding a dead deer by the antlers on the ground to viewer's right. The Queen in background on horseback with a male attendant in Highland dress. Gilt rectangular frame with rounded corners, green velvet (faded) and beading at edges. Frame surmounted by a crown on a cushion with ribbon below. Glazed. Presented by Queen Victoria. The frame is similar to that of NT/HUG/D/272.
