Half-length portrait, seated, three-quarter face, with striped coat, and book in left hand. Frame inscribed: 'Isaac D'Israeli,Esq '. Part of set of portraits by Maclise of Benjamin Disraeli and his parents (see also NT/HUG/D/135a,b and NT/HUG/D/136a,b).
