A good teapot doesn’t dribble. According to scientists from University of Lyons, France, the best way to stop a dribble is to reduce the friction inside the spout. When the tea runs slowly through the spout, it starts to stick and dribble. To increase the speed, the spout needs to be lined with any material that repels water, so putting butter on the spout will help you get a non dribble teapot.
