Silver sugar basin, part of an Irish three piece tea service. The body of the basin is melon shaped (low and squat) and is divided into twelve segments. Heavily decorated with flowers and leaves, with floral finial. The hallmark is Dublin 1827. Makers mark J.L.B (James Le Bass).
