Summary
Group of fruit sellers, hard paste porcelain, enamelled and gilt, arranged in triangular form on Rococo supports. The figures comprising two small boys holding baskets of fruit and grapes and two small girls with similar baskets. Marks; crossed swords in underglaze blue and numeral 3(?), also incised marks A B and C at the four extremities of the base, perhaps indicating that it fitted on to a specially shaped lower dish. Meissen, first half of 19th century.
