Summary
A hardback Cathedral Analysis Book produced by Collins. Red bookcloth covers. A white handwritten label on the front cover reads: BEEF BOOK / 1989 - 1990 / 1990 - 1991. The book gives handwritten details of beef purchases and sales at various markets. Also associated with the book there is a yellow Post-It note inside the front cover giving details of lots purchased between 17/8/1990 and 20/7/1990, two pages torn from a notebook clipped between the pages annotated 1-21 and 22-42 giving details of lots, ear tag numbers, weights, and prices paid, and two Alder King auction cards beween the pages annotated 547-567 and 568-588.
