A governess cart with Victorian running gear and an early 20th century wooden body. The seat is stamped: 12-16. The axle is stamped: VR / W. SHORTHOUSE. One hubcap marked: FULLER'S / BRISTOL. The other hubcap marked: HOLLAND AND HOLLAND LONDON.
