Summary
A piece of cotton lace, gathered at each end - a tape channel seam with the tape extended with a press stud at the end. The lace is shaped with four darts. The side seams are attached to elastic and then cotton tape, hand-sewn on to the elastic. The lace pattern is of flowers and leaves.
