Summary
Symbolic apron of a Royal Arch Freemason. Rectangle of soft, cream coloured leather, edged in blue and purple tessellated binding on three sides. Top edge of cream binding folded over to form waistband. Leather on reverse lined with cream silk. Below waistband hangs a triangular flap of leather edge in blue and purple braid. Below flap at either side tarnished metal coils hang from cream ribbon. Either side of waistband are elasticated cream belts joined with a double headed snake symbol. Triangle on flap edged with metal braid and within an H shaped emblem on which a T shape in metal braid.
