Summary

Ratchet or clamp. Grooved wooden bar with notches at regular intervals and 5 drilled holes. At top of bar is a block with a wooden hand screw. Below is a shaped block with a metal-lined grooved slot which fits into the groove on the main bar. The block is attached to an iron strap which fits into the notches on the main bar.
