Summary
Textile Box 61. A bed headcloth of red silk damask with adhered yellow braid decoration. With a buckram lining. For a bedhead . State Bed Box. Four bed curtains, red silk damask, bound with petersham ribbon. Five separate pieces of similar fabric, red silk damask, of varying designs. BL64F. Textile Box 9/114. Two bed curtains. Red silk damask with a floral design, the lining made-up of pieces of different quality and colour. With a band across the top with seven brass rings. Worn on the right side. From the State Bed. Textile Box 63. A bed valance, made up of two different red silk brocades. From the State Bed, removed in the course of repairs 1974/75. See also similar items in Textile Boxes 61 and 62. Textile Box 9/114. One of nine offcuts of crimson moire silk damask. Textile Box 62. One of six pieces of damask. BL41F. Textile Box 9/114. A piece of fabric, possibly lining from the State Bed. Terracotta-coloured linen, much faded, with a seam down the middle. A small fragment of red damask is attached at one end. Three large holes. Textile Box 113. Eighteen pieces of red damask and two pieces of lining.
