Summary
An upholstered walnut armchair, English, circa 1880. With a padded back and seat and with open padded arms held by fluted turned supports, raised on fluted turned legs and castors. Upholstered in a pale blue striped and floral design silk.
Provenance
Part of the Lothian Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1940 by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940)
