Summary
One of a pair of oak Coronation side chairs, English, 1936. Upholstered in green silk velvet with GR VI monogram in gilt. With padded back and seat on square section chamfered legs. Gold coloured silk braid around lower edge of seat and upper and lower edge of seat back.
Provenance
Part of the Lothian Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940).
