Summary
A mahogany washstand, English, circa 1825. With a three quarter gallery above a pair of frieze drawers on reeded turned tapered legs tied by a shelf stretcher. With ebonized moldings to the drawer edges and ebonized turned handles.
Provenance
Part of the Lothian Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940).
