Dining chair, one of a set of four. English, late 19th century, ebonized beech dining with turned uprights and cross stretchers with vertical turned spindles. The woven seats on turned tapered legs tied by stretchers.
Provenance
Part of the Lothian Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940).
