Summary
Bowl. Decorated on outside with multi-coloured border of garden flowers and on inside with narrow running border of leaves at rim, on gilt ground. Rounded foot. Part of breakfast set, hard-paste porcelain, painted with a band of naturalistic flowers on a gilt ground. Vienna, Austria, c.1816-22. Blue shield mark. Impressed '22', '819'.
Provenance
Part of the Lothian Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940).
