Summary
Jardiniere or cachepot. John Rose and Co, Coalport, Shropshire. Circa 1810. Part of a garniture. Terracotta ground with reserves of flowering plants on white ground within gilt border. Gilt rim, and two gilt loop handles. White interior.
Provenance
Part of the Lothian Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940).
