Summary
Circular dial clock with white painted iron dial, painted with Roman numerals. The words 'Page, Keen and Pace, Plymouth' probably refer to the business premises in which the clock was located, rather than the maker. 'W. Budge 16.8.98' is inscribed on the reverse of the dial, and may have been the painter.
