Small matchlock gun (Toradar), India, 18the century, probably for hunting. The unusually small size of this gun indicates that it may have been made for a child. Round iron barrel, formed with an integral flash-pan and with a rear sight. Iron ramrod. Barrel length: 96.3cm. Calibre 10mm. Wooden full stock, the straight butt of pentagonal section. Some carving forward of the lock and the rear of the breech. The lock mechanism missing. Overall length: 140cm
