Summary
One of eight hatchments on South West wall of chapel. This onequartered with two quarters being the ancient arms of France (Fleur de Lys) and two quarters being the arms of England (lions}. Writing above and below (indistinc) says "Thomas of Woodstock Duke of Gloucester youngest son of Edward III Roy ancestor of Marmion E Ferrers" Thomas was the youngest son of Edward III. He rebelled against Richard II who had him murdered.
