Two dessert spoons, sterling silver, by Jonathan Hayne, London, 1835/6 The spoons are of the fiddle pattern and are engraved on the front of their terminals with the crests of Walker (greyhound) and Ferrers (unicorn).

These spoons must have been acquired by Thomas Ferrers-Walker (d. 1970), and engraved by him with the two crests.
Provenance
Thomas Ferrers-Walker (d. 1970); Thomas Weaving Ferrers-Walker (1925-2006); acquired by HM Government in 1980 and transferred to The National Trust.
