Summary
Portfolio containing a set of seven architectural drawings by Wood, Kendrick and Williams for T W Ferrers-Walker Esq. for Charitable Trust endowment dwellings at Baddesley Clinton, April 1973. This was a proposal by Mr T Ferrers-Walker for raising money to fund an endowment fund for the house. The scheme was not viable much to Mr Ferrers-Walker's relief but he felt he had to explore every avenue to find support for the house.
