Summary
Print, engraving, Le Liseur (after Jean-Louis-Ernest Meissonier) by Paul-Adolphe Rajon (Dijon 1842/3 - Auvers-sur-Oise 1888). On opposite (right-hand) side to (NT32850.10) is a print of a seated bewigged male in eighteenth century costume, reading a book, with his head resting on his left hand/arm which is supported by the left arm of the chair. Beneath the print, on right-hand side reads: Peint par Meissonier. To the right reads: Gravé par P.A. Rajon / LE LISEUR / Publié et Imprimé....
