Traffic Guardian lamp. Oblong black metal case with circular glass lens in front top half. Black label printed with; TRAFFIC / Guardian / LAMP / FORSTER EQUIPMENT CO LTD / WHETSTONE LEIC. Two levers at right and left operate filters. Two oblong arms on back for stability. Chrome clip for fastening. Top section with silver screw and green painted area marked; A4.
