Binding: Twentieth-century half light brown morocco, light brown cloth over boards; sewn onto five raised bands; gilt panelled spine compartments; gilt stamped Fairhaven crest at head of spine [i.e. Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966)]; green spine label, gilt lettered: 'Fanfare for Elizabeth / Sitwell'; gilt top edge; light blue-grey endpapers.
