188 p., [23] pages of plates . ill., tables . 20 cm. Paper dust wrapper heavily torn at spine, upper part wanting. Bookseller's pencil marks on front flyleaf recto. Binding: twentieth-century publisher's off-white printed, illustrated paper dust wrappers (very stained and worn); grey cloth over boards, illustrated and lettered in pink, green and black on upper wrappers. Publisher's advertisements on lower wrappers.
