Binding: Twentieth-century full publisher's red cloth; two sets of triple blind fillets to form an outer and an inner border on upper board; gilt stamped centrepiece on upper board: shield (coat of arms of Norfolk County Council) with roundel behind; gilt stamped shield (coat of arms of Norfolk County Council) with roundel behind on spine; gilt lettered spine; red top edge.
