Binding: Early twentieth-century full publisher's dark blue cloth; single white fillet to form an outer border on upper board; gilt and red stamped centrepiece on upper board (within a single white fillet border): sailing ship; red and white decoration and lettering on upper board; gilt stamped explorers, gilt lettering and red and white stamped picture of lizard on spine.
