Gilt stamped coat of arms of Lord Fairhaven on upper board. Binding: Twentieth-century full teal morocco; triple gilt fillet to form an outer border; gilt stamped coat of arms of Lord Fairhaven on upper board; five raised bands; gilt fillets on spine; spine lettered direct (gilt tooled): 'Mediæval pilgrims' badges', 'Tancred Borenius' and '1930'; double gilt fillet on board edges; two sets of double gilt fillets on turn-ins; gilt textblock edges. Original brown printed paper wrappers retained. Binder's gilt stamp on front turn-in: 'Robson & Co. Ltd. W.1.'
