Binding: Twentieth-century half blue morocco, marbled paper over boards; five recessed cords; spine lettered direct (gilt-tooled): 'Aix-en-Provence - 1932'; gilt-stamped crest of Lord Fairhaven at foot of spine; gilt top-edge. Binder's gilt stamp on front pastedown: 'Robson & Co. Ltd. W.1.'.
