New edition. [6], vii, [1], 175, [3] p. ; 8vo. Not indigenous. Uniformly bound and shelved with other works by Lever. Provenance: stamped in red ink on front and rear free endpapers: 'The National Trust founded 1895'. Binding: late nineteenth-century half calf; green cloth over boards; five false bands; gilt-tooled spine; red and green spine labels (gilt-lettered); marbled edges and endpapers.
