Summary
Scrapbook album of newspaper cuttings pasted onto all pages, compiled by Thomas Wodehouse Legh, 2nd Lord Newton, of Lyme Park, a diplomat and politician. The cuttings are largely derived from reports of Lord Newton's political life, but also include accounts of Legh family and Lyme Park. Covering the period March 1914 to December 1916, matters relating to first World War.. Each cutting has a manuscript note of source and date.
