Accompanied by a large bundle of research materials and correspondence relating to genealogical enquiries concerning Minna or Minnie Paget (Mary Livingstone King), 2nd wife of the 4th Marquess of Anglesey, and Lily Anglesey (Lilian Florence Maud Paget, née Chetwynd), wife of the 5th Marquess of Anglesey, and the circle of English social and cultural figures at the Chateau de Garibondy, near Nice, once owned by the Paget family and bought by the 6th Marquess of Anglesey in 1935. Other papers contain biographical material on the nineteenth-century French actor, Benoît-Constant Coquelin, and Austrian poet, Hugo von Hofmannsthal. The correspondence with Maureen Emerson and the 7th Marquess of Anglesey also involves Caspar Wintermans, working on a connected research project.
