Provenance: Nineteenth-century armorial bookplate showing Stewart marshalled with Vane-Tempest under a marquess coronet, lettered Vane Londonderry [used by either Charles William Stewart, from 1822 3rd Marquess of Londonderry (1778-1854), surname changed to Vane in 1821, or his wife Frances Anne Vane-Tempest (1800-1865)]. Binding: Nineteenth-century full green grained sheep[?], gilt ornamental border on covers. Sewn on recessed cords, four false raised bands. Gilt tooling and lettering on spine. Gilt edges. Spine title: "Poetical works of L.E.L. Vol. 4"
