An extract from the Catholicon, a Roman Catholic magazine, published in 1815,. respectfully submitted in 1822 to the consideration of the Peers' House of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, previous to the second reading of a bill now before that right honourable house, entituled, A Bill to provide that Peers of the United Kingdom, being otherwise duly qualified, may exercise the right of sitting and voting in Parliament without taking the oath and making the Declaration therein named.
