2v. in 1 (clxxix, [13]; cxiviii, [36] leaves);. 8vo. Imperfect: wants A1 (title leaf for parts 1-2), Cc1 & Cc8, a1 (title leaf for parts 3-4). Provenance: ownership inscription on rear free endpaper 'Wyllyam Baker of overton[?] ...', with Latin ownership inscription in the same hand on rear board. Inscription on leaf c7: 'Thomas baker of thys boke good [jesus?] mayke him a good-man amen for charety noytimum [2 initials monogram]. Indigenous Lyme book with shelf label, sold at auction; reacquired by purchase in 2015. Modern ballpoint inscription 'S.A. Gutauskas' on front board and leaf C7. Binding: contemporary blind-rolled calf, probably English, over wooden boards; alum tawed supports visible; 3 raised bands; extensively repaired, probably in 19th century. Gilt-lettered on later (17th-century?) spine label 'P Lombard Sentence'; Legh crest gilt-stamped on spine.
