[i.e. George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950) and Charlotte Frances Shaw, née Payne-Townsend (1857-1943) from Cedric Chivers (1853-1929), bookbinder and Mayor of Bath. Binding: twentieth-century burgundy morocco; gold tooled, with "vellucent" pictorial on upper board, with inscription: "There stood also one over his head, with a celestial crown in his hand."; gold tooled spine, & gold top. Gold lettered on rear turn-in: Cedric Chivers, Bath.
