Provenance: Inscribed on upper pastedown: "Winnie" [possibly Winifred Isabel Crewe (b. 1879), daughter of Sir Vauncey Harpur Crewe, 10th Bt and Isabel Adderley]. Binding: Nineteenth-century publisher's full green cloth, blind embossed, gilt lettering on upper cover and spine. Spine cloth damaged, text block damaged, some loss of leaves. In phasebox.
