151, [1] leaves ; 16mo. Running number: 5530. Wanting final blank leaf. Title page border and criblé initial on leaf a2 are hand-coloured, including silver which has oxidised into grey. Evidence of some marginal markings and underscoring of text, very faint (possibly washed out). Binding: eighteenth-century full gold-tooled red morocco; gilt roll pattern border; gilt centrepiece consisting of two large and two small acorn stamps around a central rosette; gilt roll pattern on board edges; gold-tooled spine, with smaller repeat of the centrepiece pattern in four of the five panels, the second panel with gilt title on black goatskin label. Gilt edges. Comb-marbled endpapers.
