Manuscript inscription on title page: "Rt. Gd.". Manuscript inscription on rear pastedown: "Rob: Gould aed: Xti Oxon: Alum: 1668" [i.e. Robert Gold [sic], son of Edward, of Melbury, Dorset, pleb.
