[i.e. catalogue code of John Mitchell (ca. 1685-1751), librarian to Sir Richard Ellys (1682-1742)]. Binding: eighteenth-century calf; double gilt fillet border, with small gilt cornerpiece stamps; gilt roll pattern on board edges; gold-tooled spine, with gilt title on brown goatskin label. Dull yellow burnished edges. Manuscript book number and shelfmark[?] on fore-edge: "120" and "Arh o- AE 7". Comb-marbled endpapers.
