With a manuscript copy of Shelley's Ode to a skylark laid in at p.4 , with a note at foot "Written from memory by E.S. Ap 19th 1912 The two words underlined in red ink I looked for but nothing else." With a letter addressed to Mrs Messel laid in at p.49, dated 2d March 1913. Letter has printed address "The Tansey, Howth, Co. Dublin". "Am so sorry I did not get you decently bound books ...". Signature illegible. Binding: publisher's brown cloth, gold-decorated and lettered.
