Provenance: Inscribed on title page: "Calke Abbey"; also with nineteenth-century small armorial bookplate: Calke Abbey library [associated with Sir George Crewe, 8th Baronet (1795-1844)]. Binding: Nineteenth-century half brown morocco on marbled paper over boards, half double blind fillet. Gilt tooling on spine, lettered direct in gilt on spine: "Journal of a voyage to Greenland ... Manby". Bookseller's ticket on upper pastedown: "Rowbottom, Bookseller, Derby".
