Provenance: nineteenth-century crest bookplate, after 1831, with earl’s coronet: Lichfield [i.e. Thomas William Anson, 2nd Viscount Anson (1795-1854), created Earl of Lichfield, 1831]. Binding: nineteenth-century tree calf; gilt roll border; gilt tooled spine; gold lettered red & green spine-labels.
