The kynge our soueraigne lorde Henry the eight by the grace of god kynge of England and of France, defender of the faith, and lorde of Irelande at the session of his highe Court of parliament after diuers prorogacions, holden at westminster the .xv. day. of January, in the .xxiii. yere of his most noble reigne to the honour of almightie god and holy church, & for the common weale and profit of this his realme, by the assente of the lordes spirituall and temporal, and the commons in this present parliament assembled, and by auctoritee of the same, hath ordeined established, and enacted certayne good statutes lawes and ordinaunces in maner and fourme folowynge.
