Provenance: Inscribed on upper flyleaf in pencil: "Winifred Crewe" [prob. Winifred Isabel Crewe (b. 1879), daughter of Sir Vauncey Harper Crewe, 10th Baronet (1846-1924)]. Binding: Twentieth-century publisher's full grey-brown cloth on paper boards, black embossed panel with black lettering on upper cover and spine.
